Buy any player for free cheat
1) Firstly, you have to get his club to accept your bid.
2) To achieve this, either make a very high bid (many times his market value) that the club cannot reject ; alternatively, you could make an enquiry and accept the club's demands in return.
3) When his club allows you to negotiate his contract, click to offer him a contract.
4) While in the contract screen, click news on the left toolbar option (Do not click the back arrow). Click on that player's name and withdraw your bid.
5) Re-bid for free or whatever amount you wish.
6) Click the back arrow on the left toolbar this time back to the screen where you are discussing his contract details.
7) Offer him a reasonable contract.
8) When he accepts your contract, he joins your club on a free transfer (or any amount that you re-bid for).Increase your wage structure without the approval of your board
Pay higher wages for staff cheat
This Championship Manager 4 cheat / trick allows you to offer a much higher pay for a particular staff without requesting from your board. For instance, to comply with a scout/coach's request which is higher than your board's maximum wage structure for scout/coach position. This trick works mainly for scouts and coaches as their wage structure is usually lower than assistant managers. For a scout or coach:
1) Click 'Approach to sign'.
2) Change his default position from scout/coach to Assistant Manager.
3) Reduce the wage you are offering to zero.
4) Click offer contract.
5) A few days later, there will be news that he has rejected your offer.
6) Click 'Approach to sign' again.
7) You will find his default position has been changed to Assistant Manager with a simultaneous significant increase in the wage allowed to offer him.
8) Click the maximum or whatever he requested and offer him a scout/coach posistion.
Please note that this trick allows you to increase your wage structure to sign most scouts or coaches but it is is dependent on your club's wage structure for an Assistant Manager.
National Manager cheat
Take control of National Teams
1) Choose Add Manager.
2) In the team option, choose 'Choose from the list'.
3) Click on any team.
4) Click on an English player in the team.
5) Click on England in the player's profile.
6) Click on 'Take control'.
7) You will then be appointed as the National Team's manager without the need to earn it.
8) The same trick can be done for any league and any country.
Champion Tactic
Go to the tactics screen make a formation and then go to 'save as' write : champion. This gives you a good season
Super Training
Open the training files with Notepad. Edit all the stats to be 8 and save.
Then train away. But make sure you give the players extra rest, as these
schedules will be very intensive.
Speed Up The Game
1. Load up your game.
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to return to desktop.
3. Open My Computer.
4. Open the CM4\temp folder in your CM4 directory.
5. Open the file in there (called something like E97846-9578549).
6. Sort by file type then delete all the PKM files.
(There may be thousands of these).
7. Close My Computer.
8. Return to your game and save. You should notice a vast improvement in
save time and also when you next load the game.

Sell a player for 2 billion Cheats
Control 2 teams one that you want to control and one that you want to sell players to. find the player that you want to sell and offer for the player, make all of the options as high as they go so, 100m upfront, 50% sell on, then 40m over 6 months, 40m after 1 game, 40m a game for 50 games, 40m for 1 international game, 40m for 10 league goals. accept the offer and offer as much as possible in wages. then confirm the deal and the player will leave then play some league game with the club he went to get the money fromthe clauses. this works even if the club dosen't have enough money and you can do a lot of players at a time and soon become richer.
Fitness Tip
Before you play a match you may want to check your players condition. NEVER EVER play anyone with condition less than 85%.

I cannot believe you guys forgot several great players, namely:
Kim kallstrom (steady midfielder, good cover for Vieira. Scores stunning freekicks)
Fabio paim (only 14, but give him 3 years and he’s pure class. About 10 runs a game at the end of my 2006/07 season)
Dean ashton (though his stats are quite low, but he’ll deliver the goals. 38 goals in my season after 17 starts and 17 sub appearances, inc 5 goals against Real Madrid!)
Moritz Volz (so steady I feel like getting rid of Lauren)
Nakata (work permit may be a pain, but play him enough and you’ll get a great player with many, MANY runs from midfeld)
Joe cole: works fine both in CM and LM. More a CM now with Kewell in my team.
