Henry given Sunday fitness deadline

Arsenal star Henry, who has been struggling with knee ligament problems since joining the defending champions' squad last week, failed to appear in yesterday's training match against J League side Urawa Reds.

Concerned coach Roger Lemerre said: 'Thierry Henry was not able to resume playing today and this is important news.

'We are going to do some more tests on Sunday and, depending on the results, we will do what is necessary.'
